I had to arrange the delivery from overseas, and the customer service was super attentive with my order and sent it on time. The person that got the flowers was super happy and loved them. beautiful arrangement, will totally use again :D

This is now the third year that I’ve ordered a floral centerpiece from this amazing florist — and once again, they’ve absolutely knocked it out of the park. Each time I think, “There’s no way they can top last year’s creation,” and yet here we are — they did it again. This year’s arrangement is spectacular — a vibrant mix of deep reds, oranges, and soft pinks, perfectly balanced with fresh greenery. The colors practically glow, and the design is pure artistry. My wife loved it and our table looks incredible. What I appreciate most is the consistency — every experience here has been easy, friendly, and beyond professional. You can tell they truly care about their work and their customers. It’s rare to find that kind of passion these days, and it shows in every petal. If you want something truly special, look no further. These folks deliver beauty, quality, and heart every single time.

My husband (who knows nothing about floral arrangements) wanted to get me some nice flowers for my birthday. He went to Country Lane for the first time and asked for help. Not only were they incredibly helpful, but I received the most beautiful custom bouquet. Couldn't be happier!

I have been ordering flowers here for years. Flowers are fresh, staff is excellent and delivery on time. In addition I have been fortunate enough to have family order for me from County Lane. The flower are beautifully arranged always last a long time. I sent my cousin this arrangement Tues and she sent this picture

I utilized Country Lane Florist this weekend — it was a high-stress family emergency, especially chaotic sort of weekend to say the least. I called them in a pinch in an attempt to help cheer-up my wife and our youngest child that couldn’t come with us on our weekend trip out of state at the last minute. The woman I spoke with (so sorry I don’t remember her name) was professional, warm, knowledgeable and so helpful that it made me feel confident about using their service before I hung up the phone. I was just as impressed when I found out that the gorgeous custom bouquets were delivered way sooner than I expected despite them being bogged down with lots of wedding commitments to fulfill. I love my Howell community & know this city is growing to be bigger and better than anyone expects. I’m proud of this business and I will definitely use them exclusively going forward. I don’t know ANYTHING about flowers. I called them over the phone, placed a vague order & they CRUSHED it with their expertise. Thank you!!! (Fyi the pictures don’t really convey how fantastic these bouquets are)

Terrific, local company to work with! Edward was fantastic. He listened to what I wanted, looked through my photos, addressed my budget, and created a plan with me that resulted in beautiful bouquets, and simple, yet elegant center pieces and additional arrangments. Can't wait to have an excuse to purchase an arrangement from them again soon!
